Financial Accounting Advisory & Assurance Services

Independent audit and assurance services help build the credibility your organization needs. Reach provides thorough, compliance-driven assurance support, giving stakeholders confidence in your financial reporting.

Our Audit & Assurance Services

We meet the exact reporting standards your lenders, investors, and regulatory boards expect. Independent audit services handled with precision. Our approach emphasizes accuracy, oversight, and practical insight, so your financial reporting supports your business rather than slowing it down.

Our assurance services are delivered with independence, objectivity, and real precision. Whether you need a full audit or a review engagement, we deliver credible reports that meet professional standards and satisfy regulatory, lender, funder, and stakeholder requirements.

Financial Audits

An audit provides the highest level of assurance available on financial statements. We design and perform procedures to obtain audit evidence on the amounts and disclosures in your financial statements, then express an independent opinion in accordance with Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS).

Review Engagements

A review engagement provides limited assurance on financial statements. We express a conclusion based on inquiries of management and analytical procedures, conducted in accordance with CSRE 2400.

Who Our Assurance Services Are For

01
Not-for-Profits (NFPs) and Charities

If you run a not-for-profit or registered charity, your bylaws, funder agreements, or provincial legislation may already require an annual audit. Many granting bodies and government funders also expect audited financial statements before releasing funding.

02
Owner-Managed Businesses with Lender Requirements

If you’re working with a bank or commercial lender, there’s a good chance reviewed or audited financial statements are already part of your credit facility terms. How much assurance you need usually comes down to the size of the facility and how much risk your lender is willing to carry.

03
Companies with Outside Investors or Shareholders

If your business has angel investors, private equity partners, or minority shareholders, there’s a good chance your shareholder agreement already includes audit or review obligations, built in specifically to keep things transparent and protect everyone involved.

04
Condo Corporations

Under the Ontario Condominium Act, most condo corporations are required to produce annual audited financial statements. We help condo boards meet that requirement with clarity, accuracy, and zero last-minute scrambling.
