Aman Tagore leads Reach with the belief that strong financial guidance should feel clear, thoughtful, and human. With more than two decades of experience in accounting, tax and executive finance, Aman brings both precision and perspective to every client relationship.

Known for her honest approach and long-term mindset, Aman works closely with business owners to help them understand their full financial picture and navigate challenges with confidence. Her leadership sets the tone for Reach’s collaborative, trust-driven approach, which is rooted in clarity, care, and lasting impact.

Community & Advocacy

Aman is actively engaged in community leadership and advocacy. She serves as a Board Director and Treasurer for the Toronto Council on Aging, offering financial governance expertise to support organizational accountability and impact. The organization works to strengthen the visibility, inclusion, and influence of older adults in Toronto through collaboration and advocacy.

She also supports initiatives focused on mental health awareness and aging populations, reflecting a broader commitment to dignity, access, and well-being for vulnerable communities. Her involvement extends beyond governance, including fundraising that supports community initiatives tied to aging advocacy.

This work reflects Aman’s belief that leadership extends beyond business performance: it includes contributing expertise and time toward stronger, more inclusive communities.

Known for his positive energy and thoughtful approach, he enjoys finding better ways to improve workflows and team performance.

Outside of work, Arihant is passionate about supporting children’s education and regularly contributes his time and resources to causes that help students learn and grow. He truly believes that doing good work and giving back go hand in hand.

Nitesh Baheti

Senior Client Manager

Nitesh is Senior Client Manager with a focus on accounting systems, technology enablement, and information security. He helps businesses implement and optimize accounting platforms, improve data accuracy, and establish controls that protect sensitive financial information.
